Urbanite XR is pioneering a transformative approach to community engagement in real estate development by integrating Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). This innovation was born out of the need to address the limitations of traditional engagement methods, which rely heavily on infrequent community engagement meetings and often result in skewed representation towards opposing new development. 

Our platform aims to democratize the planning process by fostering meaningful interactions between stakeholders, reducing the over-representation of NIMBY (Not In My Back Yard) voices, and providing an immersive platform for design review.   

This will help increase the number of housing units built (supply) which reduces pressure on housing prices in cities around the world.
